Blind Dog Restaurant and Sushi Bar
When we started the Blind Dog in 1998, it was a tiny family operated restaurant with the beginning of a great idea. We had all of the right ingredients; fresh fish flown in from everywhere (Thank God for Fed Ex), hand cut prime meats with two people in the kitchen and about the same out front to serve our fare. We cooked everything, and I do mean everything, from scratch in our closet of a kitchen. We still do. Eight years later we have doubled in size, added a beautiful yet cozy bar, Blind Dog Style of course! Boy have we grown...ad grown. But our concept is still the same, great food and great people.
